Hi, we’re Nina and Phebe – behind the camera and on-site.
With backgrounds in photography and marketing, we bring both the creative and the strategy.
We found our lane in construction and fitness – real industries with real stories – and decided to shoot them differently.
We focus on capturing the real moments – the grit, the energy, and the pride in what you do. Whether it’s a build coming to life or a brand pushing limits, we’re here to tell your story in a way that feels authentic, engaging, and uniquely yours.
Based in Sydney, NSW, we work with construction and fitness clients across the city and surrounding areas. We go to where the work is, delivering consistent, high-quality visuals wherever you are.

Nina
Co-Founder · Photography & Creative Direction
Nina leads the creative vision at NP Illustrative — behind the lens on every shoot and always chasing the frame that tells the real story. She got her start shooting nightclubs, events, and cars, later creating travel videos for fun and studying graphic design along the way. With a “shoot to edit” mindset, she’s big on getting it right in-camera from the start. She brings a sharp eye and calm presence to every site — takes the craft seriously, but never herself. Always up for a laugh, always locked in when it counts.
Phebe
Co-Founder · Videography & Strategy
Phebe brings a strong sense of strategy to every shoot. With a background in marketing, she knows content needs to do more than just look good — it has to actually work. She’s behind the camera on-site, easy to get along with, and naturally builds a great relationship with everyone there — keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
